How each spiral is made
Each Silk Spiral is made by hand, one at a time. We start with natural soy wax, which we melt with care and pour into the mold that gives the egg its spiraling lines. The wax needs time to rest and set properly, and only then do we unmold the piece by hand and refine it patiently, so every twist comes out clean and silky to the touch. No two are exactly alike: it’s the small variations of handcrafting that make each one unique. It’s an unhurried process, because things made with love can’t be rushed.
