Handmade soy-wax candles and wax melts, born in Mallorca from a simple belief: the right scent can completely change how a space feels.
Light made with care
Cut Candles grew out of a simple passion: turning everyday moments into small rituals. We believe that lighting a candle isn’t just about brightening a room — it’s about setting a mood, marking a pause, giving yourself a moment of calm at the end of the day. That idea shapes every piece we make, crafted by hand, one at a time, with the same care we’d put into a gift for someone special.
We sum it up in three words printed on every label: light made with care. We don’t mass-produce, and we’re not trying to fill shelves. We work in small batches, paying close attention to the quality of the wax, the purity of the scent, and a presentation that’s considered down to the last detail.
Raw material
Why we choose soy wax
Soy wax is plant-based and renewable — a natural alternative to petroleum-derived paraffin. It burns cleaner and at a lower temperature, which means a slower burn: your candle lasts longer. It also releases its scent more evenly and gently, without overwhelming the room.
For us it’s also a matter of consistency: caring for the atmosphere of your home and for the planet at the same time.
Craftsmanship
Handmade in Mallorca
Every candle and every bag of wax melts is made by hand, in small batches. We melt the wax, blend in just the right amount of fragrance, pour, let it cure, and check each piece before it’s ready for you. It’s a slow, hands-on process — impossible to rush without losing the one thing that matters most to us: the care.
We work from Mallorca, and that Mediterranean light — serene and warm — is part of how we understand what we make.
Scents that tell a story
We choose fragrances that are familiar and evocative — vanilla, neroli, pine needle — made to accompany a good book, a moment of rest, or a quiet dinner. We’re not after the most intense scent, but the most pleasant one: present without being overpowering, enveloping without ever tiring.
