Cut Candles is a handcrafted brand of soy-wax candles and wax melts, made by hand in Mallorca with natural scents and thoughtful packaging, ready to give as a gift.

Soy wax, a plant-based, renewable material. Compared with paraffin (a petroleum derivative), soy burns more cleanly, at a lower temperature and more slowly, so the candle lasts longer and releases its scent more evenly.

They’re flameless scented wax tablets. You place them in a wax warmer (electric or tealight-powered) and, as they melt with the heat, they scent the room for hours. Once the fragrance fades, remove the cooled wax and add a fresh tablet.

Right now: Sweet Vanilla, Sweet Neroli, Neroli Whisper and Pine Breeze, plus a Special Pack that pairs a candle with wax melts. We work with natural, balanced fragrances designed to be present without being overpowering.

We use plant-based soy wax and carefully selected scents, and we make each piece by hand in small batches, with great care for quality and detail.

It depends on use, but soy wax burns more slowly than paraffin. Following our care tips (a full first burn and a trimmed wick) will help you get the most out of it.

The key is the first burn: let the wax melt all the way to the edges before putting it out, to avoid tunneling. Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use, and don’t burn it for more than 3–4 hours at a time.
